Keep in shape with Balfes and BodyByrne
This June, make the most of your lunch break and join one of the three free training sessions that Paul Byrne, celebrity fitness guru, will lead in The Westbury every Wednesday at 12pm.
The training session will focus on a new style of training called "pyramid" that incorporates functional mobility and stretching.
All the participants will also receive a voucher that entitles them to 20% off any BodyByrne dish in Balfes. It can be used to refuel and regenerate after the training or for a lunch break on an alternative day.
